These terms apply when you visit or buy from https://www.pawnex.shop, operated by Pawnex (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Our Business Model

Pawnex sells pet items. Orders are fulfilled by partner suppliers and warehouses, some of which are outside the United States. See our Shipping Policy for details.

3. Products and Pricing

  • We try to show products, colors and prices accurately. Colors may look different on your screen.
  • Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Sales tax, where required, is added at checkout.
  • If we find a pricing or product information error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
  • Promo codes and discounts are valid only as stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be ended at any time.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud.
  • You must give accurate billing and shipping information.
  • You will receive an email confirmation after you order. This confirms we received your order, not that we accepted it. We accept it when your order ships.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order by emailing support@pawnex.shop within 24 hours of placing it, if it has not yet been sent to the supplier for shipping.
  • After that time, or once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may still return it under our Refund & Return Policy.
  • If we cancel an order, we will refund you to your original payment method.

6. Payment

See our Payment Policy. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is charged when you place your order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you chose.

7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. These policies are part of these terms.

8. Product Use and Pet Safety

  • Use pet products only as directed.
  • Always supervise your pet when it uses a new item. No toy, chew or accessory is completely safe for every pet.
  • Check items regularly. Stop using any item that is damaged, worn or unsafe for your pet, especially if small parts could be swallowed.
  • Choose products that suit your pet’s size, age and habits.
  • Our products and website are not veterinary advice. Ask your vet if you have questions about your pet’s health or safety.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use our site to:

  • Break any law
  • Send harmful code or try to hack the site
  • Give false information or commit fraud
  • Copy or reuse our content without permission

10. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Pawnex or its licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (such as Shopify and payment processors). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Our site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows, with no promises beyond those stated in our policies and required by law.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pawnex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of our site or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

14. Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please email us first at support@pawnex.shop. Most issues can be fixed quickly. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Fannin County, Georgia, or the federal court that covers that county, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. General

  • Changes: We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using our site after changes means you accept them.
  • If part is invalid: If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Full agreement: These terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, are our full agreement with you.
  • Electronic communication: You agree that we can send you notices and order information by email.
