Pawnex (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates https://www.pawnex.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Order details and messages you send to support
  • Email sign-ups for marketing

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type
  • Pages and products you view, and how you use our site
  • Cookies and similar tools (see section 5)

Payment information
Your payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not store your full card number or security code.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and ship orders, and send order updates
  • Give customer support
  • Handle returns, refunds and cancellations
  • Prevent fraud and keep our site secure
  • Understand how our site is used and improve it
  • Send marketing emails, if you sign up
  • Show ads for our store on other sites
  • Follow the law

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only as needed with:

  • Shopify, which runs our store and checkout
  • Payment processors, to take payments
  • Supplier partners and shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS), so they can fulfill and deliver your order. They receive your name, shipping address and the details needed to deliver it.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel)
  • Email marketing providers, to send you emails
  • Government or legal authorities, if the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, sharing data with advertising providers through cookies and pixels may count as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under some state laws. You can opt out at any time (see sections 6 and 7).

4. Where Your Information May Go

Some of our supplier partners and warehouses are located outside the United States. When your order is fulfilled by one of them, your name, shipping address and order details may be sent to that country. We share only what is needed to fulfill and deliver your order.

5. Cookies and Tracking Tools

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to:

  • Keep items in your cart
  • Remember your preferences
  • Measure site traffic with Google Analytics
  • Measure and run ads with Google and Meta pixels

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and share
  • Delete your personal information, with some legal exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive information for purposes that need this right)
  • Not be treated unfairly for using these rights

Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, address, IP address), commercial information (orders and products viewed), internet activity (pages viewed, device and browser data), and payment-related information handled by our processors.

Categories disclosed for business purposes: identifiers and commercial information to Shopify, suppliers and carriers (to fulfill orders); payment-related information to payment processors; identifiers and internet activity to analytics and email providers.

Categories shared for advertising: identifiers, internet activity and commercial information, shared with advertising providers such as Google and Meta.

How to make a request: Email support@pawnex.shop or call +1 (770) 526-9371. We may need to verify your identity. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent.

7. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you live in a state with a privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. To make a request, use the contact details in section 6. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal.” We will reply to your appeal within 45 days.

8. Email Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. We will still send order and service emails.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it:

  • Order and payment records: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting
  • Support messages: up to 3 years
  • Marketing email data: until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics and advertising data: according to the settings of the provider (for example, Google Analytics)

We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our store is not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make major changes, we will tell you by email or a notice on our site.
