Our Position
Pawnex does not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
Some privacy laws, including California’s, also treat certain advertising activity as “sharing.” We use advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags, that may collect information about how you use our site. This can include pages you view, products you view, your IP address, and device and browser information. That information may be used to show you ads on other sites. This may count as “sharing,” “sale” or “targeted advertising” under some laws.
Your Right to Opt Out
You can ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising. This right is available to California residents and to residents of other states where the law gives it. You do not need to create an account or prove your identity to opt out.
How to Opt Out
You can do any of the following:
- Email us at support@pawnex.shop with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and the name and email address you used on our store.
- Call us at +1 (770) 526-9371 during support hours.
- Turn on a browser privacy signal. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from browsers and devices that send it. It applies to the browser or device that sends it.
- Use your browser or device settings to block or delete cookies.
Please note that an email or phone request covers the information we hold about you and your account. Advertising cookies are stored in each browser, so for each browser or device you use, please also turn on GPC or block cookies there.
How Long It Takes
We will act on your opt-out request as soon as possible, and no later than 15 business days after we receive it. We will email you to confirm when it is done.
Authorized Agents
You can let another person make this request for you. We may ask for proof that they have your permission.
No Penalty
We will not treat you unfairly if you use your privacy rights. You will not be denied products or charged a different price.
If We Deny Your Request
If you live in a state that gives you the right to appeal, you can reply to our response with the word “Appeal.” We will answer your appeal within 45 days.
